The town of Ware is home to around 18,000 people and it is located in Hertfordshire. The meridian line passes through the town to the north and it is well serviced by the A10 road. The River Lea is close by in Kings Mead and there is a local sports centre only a few miles from the town centre in Woodsen Park. The town is full of 18th century gazebos that stand along the riverside and Ware lays claim to being mentioned in both a Shakespeare play and the Canterbury Tales. The number one employer in Ware is GlaxoSmithKline as well as many smaller factories with lots of renters also choosing to travel further afield for their work.
