Essex county is home to a new town called Harlow and it is home to 80,000 people with many choosing to rent their property in the area. Harlow sits within the famous London Commuter Belt with the M11 motorway is just a short distance from the town making travel in and out simple. Old Harlow is a part of the town that is home to the majority of the oldest buildings in the town and most of the houses are original buildings that are hundreds of years old. There is an abundance of amenities and facilities in Harlow and in the 1970s there was an archaeological dig that took place in the town that uncovered an axe that dated back to 6000BC as well as a Roman temple.

Many commuters rent their homes in Harlow and the town is split into many neighbourhoods that all have their own facilities including shops and pubs. There are several villages located around Harlow and they are all readily accessible either by car, on foot or by bike thanks to the extensive cycle ways that run through and around the town. The centre of Harlow is fully pedestrianised and the water gardens are found in the south of Harlow and are one of the main attractions in the town.

Plans are in the pipeline for Harlow to build 530 eco-homes in the town and there have recently been other successful developments in Harlow including a new hotel, restaurant, apartments and flats that now stand close to the train station. Gibbards Town Hall was up until recently one of the most notable landmarks in Harlow but it has been knocked down and replaced by a new shopping centre. Rental properties are located throughout the towns many different neighbourhoods and with so many on offer; it would be hard not to find something suitable for just about anyone.
